It’s that time of year! The harvest is in and the season of bounty is upon us. Fresh fruits and vegetables are ripe and ready to eat. For those that want to keep that farm freshness the whole year through, canning, freezing, and drying are in the works. And all the fun of the harvest can be found at the Harvest Market!

I’m a big fan of the farmers market. It’s where you’ll find your local grower offering the best of the crop, fresh and ready to eat. Along with those fresh fruits and veggies, you’ll find locally made goods and fun artisan made products. Wandering the corn maze and taking a hay ride are fun ways to celebrate the season. And of course there’s sure to be s’mores and other tasty treats. There’s a little something for everyone. Let’s go to the Harvest Market!
