Halloween season

Spooky season is here! From ghouls to ghosts and goblins, this is the time of year for all the frightening and creepy creatures of Halloween.

And while the scarecrow is the guardian of the corn maze and a mainstay of the fall season, we don’t necessarily think of them as one of the more hair-raising Halloween characters. But, this year I’m featuring a scary scarecrow that’s had a ghoulish makeover.

I was so inspired by this wonderful Scarecrow artwork! It was hard to choose between all the great scarecrows included in the bundle (check my Etsy shop for more fun designs), but for this printable I chose this guy, who I think I’ll name Mr. Strawman. We’re not quite sure where he’s been, but he looks as if he’s just come from the field and is here to join the fun. He’s even brought his own Jack-o-Lantern to spruce up the festivities.
